By accessing or using Connect My Alumni ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including institutions, administrators, and individual alumni members.

Connect My Alumni is a comprehensive alumni management platform that enables educational institutions to: • Maintain alumni directories and profiles • Organize and manage events • Facilitate donations and fundraising campaigns • Enable mentorship connections • Communicate with alumni through announcements and notifications • Create branded microsites for public engagement The Service is provided on a subscription basis with various plan tiers.

**Account Creation**: You may create an account using email/password or through social authentication (Google, Apple). You must provide accurate and complete information. **Account Security**: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. **Account Types**: • Institution administrators manage organization settings and users • Staff members have limited administrative access • Alumni members can access member features and update their profiles **Termination**: We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You agree NOT to: • Violate any applicable laws or regulations • Impersonate others or provide false information • Harass, abuse, or threaten other users • Upload malicious code or attempt to breach security • Scrape, crawl, or collect data without authorization • Use the Service for spam or unsolicited communications • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service • Share your account credentials with others • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

**Your Content**: You retain ownership of content you upload (profile information, photos, posts). By uploading, you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute this content within the Service. **Content Standards**: Content must not be illegal, offensive, defamatory, or infringe on others' rights. **Moderation**: We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable. **Backup**: While we maintain backups, you are encouraged to keep copies of important content.

Institutions using Connect My Alumni agree to: • Verify the legitimacy of alumni before approving profiles • Maintain appropriate data handling practices • Comply with applicable privacy laws (including DPDP Act) • Use donation features in accordance with applicable regulations • Ensure administrators are properly trained • Not share account access across multiple institutions

**Subscription Plans**: Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. Plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. **Pricing**: Current pricing is available on our website. We may update pricing with 30 days notice. **Payment Processing**: Payments are processed securely through third-party providers. We do not store full payment card details. **Refunds**: Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. Contact support for exceptional circumstances. **Donations**: Donations processed through the platform are subject to applicable payment processing fees.

**Our IP**: The Connect My Alumni platform, including its design, features, code, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. **Limited License**: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service for its intended purpose. **Restrictions**: You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the Service. **Feedback**: Any suggestions or feedback you provide may be used by us without obligation to you.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not guarantee: • Uninterrupted or error-free service • Accuracy of user-provided information • Security against all threats • Compatibility with all devices or browsers We are not responsible for: • Actions of other users • Third-party content or services • Data loss due to circumstances beyond our control

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CONNECT MY ALUMNI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR: • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities • Damages exceeding the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Connect My Alumni, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from: • Your use of the Service • Your violation of these Terms • Your violation of any third-party rights • Content you upload or share

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you disagree with changes, you should discontinue use. We may notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka. For users outside India, local consumer protection laws may provide additional rights.
